Description:
Quality Control Engineer, QC, Semiconductor, Statistical Process Control, SPC training, troubleshooting, statistical analysis. This position is with a semiconductor manufacturing company and will be responsible for the development and implementation of SPC procedures and training. Duties include:
• Documenting and maintaining statistical process controls, inspection sampling plans and procedures and related SPC, QC, CI training, inspection procedures and auditing;
• Carrying out assigned duties for internal auditing, training of new auditors, and as an engineering resource for statistical matters;
• Communicating document control and training requirements to department co-workers;
• Providing departmental services pertaining to SPC, inspection, internal auditing and training.

Qualifications:
Education: 4-year degree required; Engineering, Math, Electronics, or Quality Control Engineering preferred.
Required Skills:
• 5+ years experience in Statistical Process Control engineering for manufacturing;
• Must have semiconductor fabrication (wafer fab) experience;
• Knowledge of the development and delivery of SPC training courses;
• Must have great troubleshooting skills and aggressively follow-up with solutions;
• Computer skills for word processing and statistical analysis.
