Description:
Photolithography Process Engineer, SVG coater and developer tracks, Canon MPA, Canon 2500 i3 stepper, Semitool Sirius Ozone stripper. This position is located in the Kansas City area, where entertainment and attractions abound in every direction! The Photolithography Process Engineer is responsible for providing equipment support for all aspects of production in the areas of photolithography, Wet and Dry etch, and Ion implant. Duties include:
• Identifying and evaluating new process technologies to increase efficiency of the Photo area;
• Assisting in Engineering Product and Process improvement studies;
• Assisting in evaluation of process and material changes that will help reduce cost and improve yield, quality and throughput;
• Providing documentation in the form of Shop Instructions, FMEAs, ECNs, TECNs, and SWRs;
• Providing training to operators and troubleshooting support to technicians;

Qualifications:
Education: 4-year degree required.
Required skills:
• 2+ years experience in a semiconductor wafer processing or similar manufacturing operation;
• Experience in photolithography and a strong chemical background preferred;
• Familiar with SVG coater and developer tracks, Canon MPA, Canon 2500 i3 stepper, Semitool Sirius Ozone stripper, Semitool S.A.T., P5000 Dry Etcher, Varian 180XP and E500 implanters;
• Semiconductor experience with Schottky, Planar PN Junction, and MOSFET Devices preferred.
